Storm Door Lock

First, thank you for your previous help with my window lock. Now, I need your help in identifying this lock. This is from a Storm Door at my daughter's house. I have attached pictures that I hope will help.

I don't believe this exact handle set is made anymore, but you should be able to use our 40-058 as a substitute. Look it over and let me know what you think.

Thank you Tom for your response.
The bad thing is that I'll have to wait for the satin nickel that is currently out of stock.
Meanwhile I will be sending a picture of the bottom rubber (for draft, I guess). It is 3/4in wide and it has 3 rubber strips 90 degrees. I'll get a picture and send it.

I'm also very sorry for the satin nickel being out of stock. Our backorders are delayed across the board at the moment due to the public health crisis. I can only promise you that we're trying to get these back in stock as soon as we can.

Thanks again. Unfortunately, we don't have a bottom door sweep in this style. We actually did at one time, but like your original handle it has been discontinued and is no longer available to us.

We do sell a storm door sweep like the 40-005. Instead of mounting on the bottom, it screws to the face of the door. Would this work for you instead?

Thanks for your help. I received an email stating that the part is back in stock, so I ordered already. Too bad you guys didn't carry the bottom rubber for the door.
