Storm Door Mortice Lock ID Request

Question

Can you identify what mortise lock kit I need to purchase to replace this storm door lock. There is no door model ID info located anywhere on the door or frame. The plate on the side of the door measures 7 5/8" and the distance between the top and bottom screws on that plate is 7"
