Storm Door Part

Home Owner from Zionsville Indiana
The part in the photo is from a storm door -- I think it is a Larson. There is no identifying tag on the door. The part is stamped with the number 8232. It is used at the top of a storm door glass panel to slide it into a track and hold it in place. The door has 3 panels -- two glass and one screen allowing you to adjust. The part screws into a track on the frame of the panel.

Hello, thank you for posting,

Unfortunately we no longer carry your original top tilt. Start by taking a look at the 95-182 nylon top tilt to see if this could work on your storm sash. We cannot guarantee a direct fit, but it is our closest option to consider. Let us know if you have any additional questions and I apologize that we can supply a direct replacement.

Thank you for the information. The door is pretty old so I'm not surprised the part is no longer available. I'm going to try the replacement you suggested. Thanks

Dave Sr. - the part you recommended works perfectly!  Thank you.  After some USPS delays, the part finally showed up and I was able to repair the storm door just in time for the cold winter.

Thanks again for your expertise!
