Total length 8"
Screw holes located 1.25" from edges, 5.5" apart
Interior Two Pieces (White)
Length from top edge (top piece) to bottom edge (bottom piece) 6.5"
Screw hole locations (down from top screw) 1.75", 3.75", 5.5"
Top Piece 2.5" length
Screw holes 1.75" apart, located 3/8" from both edges
Bottom Piece 6.5" length
Screw holes 1.75" apart, located 3/8" from both edges

Your exact handle set isn't made anymore, but I believe you can use our 40-152 as a replacement. The handle is a slightly different style but other than that it should work in pretty much the same way.

Looking to replace latch type handle for storm door that is exactly described on this thread. Don't want a 40-152 style. Do you have a compatible latch replacement?

The only other handle set I've used to replace this is our 40-058, which has a very different design. Would this be a better option for you?
