Storm Door Slide Bolt

I have sucessfuly used your part number 91-054 slide bolt on storm windows. A storm door uses a simular slide bolt but has a rectangular protrusion extending from the angled latch end. Are these slide bolts available?

Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this, but we'll need to see photos of an undamaged latch removed from the window. Written-out dimensions are also helpful. Note that storm hardware like this is a dying breed, so we can't promise we'll have a suitable replacement.

Thanks, but I'm not in the position to disassemble the window to provide photos. The bolt is very similar to your 91-054 but with out the protrusions. Your part number 91-054" will fit but does not provide retention in the door slide.

Emily is out of the office today, but she is correct that we won't be able to confirm if a closer match is available without seeing an intact latch fully removed from the frame, along with written-out dimensions compared to the 91-054. Storm windows are not as common as they once were, and much of the hardware has been discontinued, so we can't make any guarantees, but we would need the additional information to confirm.
