Thanks for posting. This exact lockset is not available, but we've found our 40-177 or 40-058 might work as a substitute. These locksets are the same, they just come in different finishes. Take a look at the dimensions and see if you think you could adapt these to your door.

Is there any difference in the back set from the old lock to the new. My screw holes are an inch and a half back from the edge

The backset is going to be a little different, yes. In my experience it's necessary to shim both the handle and keeper to convert this handle set for use with the old Emco door.
