I am looking to replace this latch for one of my customers but I cant identify a product to cover tne original openings

Thanks for writing in! This storm door lockset is similar to the 40-049 Complete Mortise Lockset. You'll need to carefully compare the dimensions to confirm if this will be a fit. Its not an exact match but it may work for the repair.
