Unfortunately, we can't be sure of what you have with the latch still installed but I can tell you that hardware for storm windows like yours has become harder to come by since these windows are not as common as they once were. I'm doubtful that we carry an exact match for your original latch but you are welcome to look through the replacement options that we still offer here.
