Storm Window Guide Rail

I am looking to identify and purchase several rails that hold storm windows in place. I do not have the window manufacturer name but a code on the part (see pictures) is 2420. would you have this part or know where I may find them.

Hey there. I think you may need the S390-25, but the shoe looks big. You may need the S351-25. The difference between the series 351 and series 390 balances lies in the shoe. The series 351 channel balance has the 15-002 shoe while the series 390 channel balance has the 15-001 shoe. The 15-001 shoe is 1 1/8" from front to back. The 15-002 is 1" from front to back. Let us know how you make out.

Here are more close up pictures of the shoe. It looks like the 1 1/8" item. Is the 390 series correct? The item also has an item number of 2420 on it. Does that tell us anything.

Anyway, does Swisco carry this item and what is the cost?

Yes, the 15-001 shoe (used in the Series 390 balance) measures 1-1/8". The "2420" stamp will be your stamp option, which is a selection you need to make before purchasing a balance. It also confirms the 25" length of your balance. Let me know if you need more information.
