Storm Window Tilt Pivot Broken

The peg is broken off the pictured part. The part is taped together to show measurements. The same part on the other side of the window is also broken. The short leg of the "M" shape hooks over the flange below (in photo, to the left of) the screw hole when the part is screwed into the frame. Do you have, or can you suggest a replacement? The Sears tilt pivots I bought from you last year do not work. So sad because the shipping cost was outrageous.
