The shaft is square, 3/16x3/16. And the guide is 5/16 above the shaft. The guide itself is 3/16 long and is rounded. The total length is about 1 3/8.

70-020 doesn't look like it will fit. Here's another angle.
the pic shows two identical parts (works for left and right sides). They are the guides that hold the upper part of our storm windows in place. The nibs have broken off.
I believe it's called a Tilt Key

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the tilt key shown in your photos. We did carry it in our inventory at one point but it was discontinued back in 2020.
I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
