Storm Window Vinyl Spline

Question

I hope you can identify this spline and supply. I need at least 100 lineal feet. Preferably in white as shown.
This is from a white aluminum storm window. These storms cover ROW double hung windows...I do not know manufacturer of storms.

two pictures attached. one is a sketch I made showing some dimensions. second is a picture of the actual spline I am looking to match.
