Looks like 40-058 but I would like a full plate on the outside rather than 2 pieces. Is there one that is like that?

I am afraid the 40-058, with the separate components for the outside handle and lock, is our closest match. There's also the 40-152 which does come with one piece for the outside pull, but it lacks a key lock. I apologize for the inconvenience.
