Start by taking a look at the 70-071 clip on storm door clip and the 70-160 thumb screw on the website. I have used this to replace the push in steel clip like you show in your photos. The 70-071 should clip onto the cutout in the door and then you tighten up the clip using the 70-160 thumb screw.
