Storm door glass panel guide

As we tried to slide the lower glass panel in our storm door (manufacturer unknown) the pins at the top of the panel snapped as seen on the photos and the glass panel fell out. I'm having a dickens of a time finding a replacement.

Thanks for writing in! This piece reminds me of the 95-182 Sears Tilt Pivot. I'm confident this is the correct replacement but be sure to take a look over the specifications and compare them.
