Storm door handle, 0.25" shaft with set screw. Spring may have broken if there is one in this handle. Single 0.5" hole in door. Door is 1.25" thick. Looking for a replacement handle.

Thanks for posting. See our 40-150 Inside Latch Handle. I believe this can work for you, and it should restore tension to the outside handle as well. Take a look and let me know if this seems to match up with what you have.

Part 40-150 looks good for the inside. My wife is asking for the whole storm door handle to be replaced in black. The door has two pre-drilled 0.5" holes spaced 3.5" apart center to center. Door thickness is 1.25".

We don't sell this exact handle set, unfortunately, but you may be able to adapt our 40-058 to work in the same capacity. I'll share its dimensions below.
