Storm door handle

Question

I have a swing handle on a storm door and I need to replace the inside latch. It looks like the 40-145 would be the one but it does not lock. Would the 40-117 do the job as it does have a lock? Thanks for your help.

These inside handles are used for two different type door locks. The 40-145 is for a outside lever handle and the 40-117 is for an out side push button handle. Which kind do you have? If you'd like, please send us a photo of the handle set you have now to help you identify which replacement you need.
