Storm door handle replacement

Question

Hello I am look to replace this handle. I do not know what brand of storm door this is as it's over 10 years old. I have two of these doors so will need two sets.
The door handle came with the door and I added the lock later from Amazon (I think).

We don't carry an exact match for this older style lockset but the 40-058 may work as a replacement. Review the specifications below compared to the mounting holes in your door. Thanks for posting!
