Your exact handle set is unfortunately not made anymore, but you should be able to use our 40-152 as an alternative. Please look it over and let me know if you had any questions!

The 40-152 Pull Handle Set will the outdoor handle plate cover the two mounting holes of my existing out side handle.

I'm afraid that's not something I can answer, as I don't know anything about your existing door. What I can tell you is that the 40-152 backplate is 8" long. You will need to determine if that's enough coverage to obscure your old holes
