Sorry for tape in pics, but handle falls without. It seems to be PADO LATAO hardware. It's 7" on inside/outside length and 1" wide inside/outside and 3/4" on edge- hope this helps

Hello,

I have replaced Pado handle sets like yours with our 40-049 lockset in the past. You may need to adapt the new handle set to fit the door but it should work. Review the specifications below and see what you think. Thanks for posting!

Thanks! I ordered it today and all the measurements are there, except one, which is only off by approximately 1/8" - Once again I appreciate the input. ??
