This particular handle and bar rod is not familiar to us but we do carry replacement handle sets for Pella storm doors. Take a look at the 40-211 complete handle set and see if the specifications could work for your application. I'm sorry that we won't be able to supply exact replacements for the parts you're looking for but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
