Storm door insert clip like 70-180

Question

Hi, I am looking for clips to use on my storm door to hold the screen or glass. They seem to be the same size and features on your 70-180part...but mine does not have the offset part...the 90 degree part.

I got these clips with the purchase of Victorian storm doors from Heirloom Screen Door out of Oregon. The owner retired in 2017, so am not able to get parts from him.

It is possible that he just ground off that 90 degree bend. I can do that as well...would rather find the exact part!

I agree that your screen clip resembles the 70-180. Unforutnately, we do not carry a flat version without the 90-degree bend. It's possible that your clips could have been modified or is a style that we are not able to supply. Our best options would be to see if you could modify the 70-180 to work for your application or review the more flush clips we've related on this page to see if one of them might be a better replacement. We can't make any guarantees since they are a different style but these clips serve a fairly basic function, so they may be worth considering. Review the specifications shown on our product pages and see what you think. Also, keep in mind that modified parts are not able to be returned. Thanks for posting.
