Where can I get a storm door latch assembly for a 10 year old door. Lowe's was no help at all.

Thanks for reaching out! There is a possibility that we might be able to provide you with a replacement for your existing hardware but well need to see photos of it. It would also be able to provide measurements for the distance between the installation holes.

Hi Jasmine

This is the latch mechanism that I am looking for for a Pella door that is 10 years old. Installation holes are about 7 .25 inches apart.

Thank you for providing the photos. It looks like our 40-194 is the best possible replacement we have for the mortise lock you have here. Look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing lock. You'll want to be especially sure to double check the 7/8" backset dimension in the second photo when determining if this is the right fit for your door.
