Hi, I recently ordered a replacement door latch for a Pella storm door. The part that arrived did not fit, due to the connecting bar being a lot bigger, tan the receiver opening. I'll need a different latch.

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear your purchase did not work out for you. There is a chance that we can supply you with a suitable replacement for your Pella storm door handle set, but I'll need to see a photo of the exterior handle to confirm.

Are you able to provide a photo of the handle?

Yes, here is the outer side, and the inner side, taken off the door.

Thanks for the photos. You may be able to use our 40-058 Lever Handle With Deadbolt Set to replace your Pella storm door handle. Our senior experts have recommended this to previous customers but we have not received confirmation on if the part worked as a replacement. That said, I cannot guarantee that it would work but take a look over the dimensions and and design. Carefully compare them to your existing handle to see if this is something that could possibly work as a replacement for you.
