Please identify this inside mechanics needed to replace my new handles from Larson . It fits and looks great, however the piece in photo was not included in package. Please share if 40-194 would be the part I need and if it's available in brushed nickel.

Thanks for reaching out to us. The 40-194 indeed looks similar to your old mortise lock. You'll have to compare our specifications with yours to see if they match up. We can't promise it will work for you as this is a Pella brand latch but you can find our return policy here just in case.
