Storm door latch and lock

Question

I need to replace the mortise latch and thumb locks for 2 storm doors.  They both have the same parts, but diff keys.  The handles, plates, etc. are fine.  Only the latch and thumb locks need replacement.  Would rather know for certain about parts before purchasing.

Unfortunately, the thumb latch is not available separately from storm door handles like yours but I think comparing the dimensions of the 40-193 mortise handle set to your assembly would be a good place to start. Take a look and see how the specifications compare. Thank you!
