We don't sell this exact lockset as I do not believe it's made anymore, but our 40-049 is very similar in design. I think this may be worth considering for your project. Please review our specs and let me know what you think, or if you had any questions!

Is this lockset compatible with MTS 323,as a replacement.

The best and only way to determine if this could work for you is to carefully compare our specifications with your old hardware to see if they match up.
