The spring is so week the door will not Latch

Attach are 2 pictures

I think it is a 40-194?

The door is a Anderson copy?

Do you think it is a 40-194?

Seems like the measurements are right

Please advise and I will order one

Your mortise lock indeed resembles our 40-194 but you'll need to compare our dimensions to your original hardware to confirm that everything matches up. If they do, you should be good to go!
