Emtek 322 was written on the side of the key. It's a cole Sewell product.

Please take a look at our 40-049 lock set. I have adapted this to replace the Emtex 322 myself. Some customers said they did not feel it matched up, but I have used it in the past as a replacement with good success. See what you think. You might need to drill new holes for the face plates, but I've heard varied reports on this.
