Storm door replacement handle/latch with deadbolt

Question

Hi,
I cannot find any visible markings/numbers etc. on door or handle hardware. Sorry, unable to remove unit for more photos. It may have come with house when built in 1995 or added later. We bought this house in 2013. Inside latch deadbolt is all one unit. It's hard to know if this is a Larson brand or not.

1) Do you happen to have this older item or a workable solution?

2) I'm willing to forego the deadbolt if you have something that fits.

Take a look at our 40-058. It's not exactly the same as your current handle set but it's our best option. Look over our dimensions and compare them to yours to see what you think.
