Storm door replacement knob/level set

Question

Hello, I am looking for a replacement part for my storm door. My house was built in 1985 and I believe the knob is original. There are no markings except for Pat Applied for on the white part. The knob part measures approximately 6 inches long, 2 inches wide and contains a lock. The white part has a lever (which is broken on the one i have). It is fairly heavy.

We actually don't have an exact match for this storm door handle set, but you may be able to get our 40-058 with some work. Check it out and let me know what you think.
