Storm door trim snap on pieces

Question

Have a beige or almond color 36x80 storm door that needs new snap on trim pieces that hides the screws in the track. Looking directly at the door, the screws screw right into the front track pieces

The trim covers the screws

The trim is roughly 3/8 in wdith
