Storm door window hardware

I'm looking for the replacement hardware to attach to the top of my storm door window. It is plastic material and attaches to the top of the glass storm door window with a screw. The other end will go into the storm door window track. I believe the storm door is Wright, however I couldn't find any markings on the door to confirm.
