Hi my name is James. I'm gonna need a set for each window of top and bottom pieces pieces if you can locate these. And I'm also looking to have a screen made for this screen door I don't know if that's something you could do and ship or if someone in the Springfield Massachusetts area would be able to help me. I'm afraid we don't have an exact match for your hardware but start by comparing your dimensions to our 95-231 and 91-176 to see if these match up for what you need. Storm windows are, unfortunately, a dying breed and it's becoming harder to get a hold of these parts. 

We don't sell screens but a local hardware store may be able to help.
