Storm window clips?

Not sure what these are called. They held on a storm window panel on a bathroom jalousie window - and had springs inside to allow to slide panel down to vent shower.

The part shown in your photo reminds me of the 70-200 jalousie clip set, which also comes with a spring and screw. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks for posting!
