Storm window clips

We are trying to find small nylon clips that come with a screw to hold storm windows onto regular windows.

We can get to work trying to find out which clips might be sufficient, but first we will need some more information.
Are you replacing old parts? Do you have in your possession one of the clips that you are looking for? If you have a functional clip to show us, that is best, but you can also show us a broken one. Pictures would be very helpful; so would dimensions.
