Storm window latch 4 inches

Question

This is the left-hand storm window slide latch. The tab on the right-hand latch broke. There is no identifying information on the door or the latch. The storm door is about 25 years old. The length of the latch is 4 inches. The finger hole on the back side is about 3/4 inch. Any help would be greatly appreciated
