We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see photos of an undamaged slide latch and corner fully removed from the frame to compare to our inventory. Please also include written-out dimensions of both parts, which will help us determine if anything we carry could work for your application. Thank you!
Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact match for your nylon storm window latch and corners. With that being said, take a look at the 91-006 latch pair. The specifications should be close to what you are looking for.
As for the corner, take a look at the 95-015 and the self-locking 95-140 tilt corners. See if one of the corner legs matches your dimensions. Take a look at all of the suggested parts and videos we've related on this page.
