We have Anders🌞n windows in our kitchen and the spring loaded pieces that latch into place to keep the windows open are broken and will not latch in place. Also, some of the plastic encasement is broken in some windows.

Hi, thanks for your question.
We would love to help you find the proper replacement parts for your Andersen windows, but first we need to know what kind of parts we are dealing with.
Could you send some pictures of the latching pieces that you mentioned? It would also help to see the plastic encasement, so we can identify it.
We are looking forward to assisting you.

I am going to build storm windows. I have the frames except the sashes that go around the glass. Im having trouble finding the bottom sash that you install the sliding latches in. Can you help. Thanks

I'm afraid that we don't sell complete sashes or framing material of any kind. We only sell smaller replacement parts like latches, springs, etc.
Even that selection is very slim these days. Storm windows are not popular at all anymore, and it's very difficult to find any company that still makes them. Your best bet is to check locally to see there is a hardware store near you who still makes storm panels. It will definitely be a Hail Mary, though. Ever since the introduction of vinyl windows, most home builders have moved away from storms, making it a dying industry. It won't be easy finding what you need.
