Storm window repair

Question

I'm trying to repair old aluminum storm windows. I sure could use your help in identifying the correct parts.
I need new weather stripping as shown in photos 1 & 2.
I also need to replace the 2 top corners with the little latch that broke off.

I'm going to throw out two suggestions, and I need you to check the measurements to see if I'm right. I suspect that, if you compare, you'll find you need the 58-001 wool pile weatherstrip and the 95-236 corner key. Match up the dimensions and let me know how I did!
