Straight arm open right sided hardware

I have windows 21 x 41 and need to replace the hardware to straight arm, right sides opening. Please help

Take a look and compare the specifications of the 39-096 and 39-097 Pella operators to yours. Please note that both of these operators use the 39-109B handle but, unfortunately, the covers like the one shown in your first photo are no longer available.
