Hello! Thanks for reaching out to us. Your old mortise lock appears to match our Pella brand 40-191. Is this a Pella door?

If I'm right, then my top recommendation for the keeper would be the 40-191S. This was specifically designed to work with the 40-191. Look it over and see what you think!
