Strike plate for harvey slider
Thanks
I'm afraid that I don't know what you need, either. It almost looks like the strike is literally built into the frame. If something installed over those holes you're showing me, I'm not sure what it would have been.
I need more of a reference to work off of. Do you have the old mortise on hand? If so, I'd like to see it. That may give me a good idea of what you're working with.
Something like this

I have contacted Harvey Industries (that makes the door) and they don't know what the hell I'm talking about either.
Thanks again for your patience. Unfortunately, our research has yielded no confirmed results. The most I can do at this point is make an educated guess.
Looking at the hole spacing of the original keeper, they seem like they might align with our 89-030 keeper. This product juts so happens to work in conjunction with the 82-080 handle set and 82-238 mortise lock. If your existing handle and mortise match these two parts, then this might be a promising lead. However, without more of a reference to go on, I cannot guarantee it.
Please review these products and see what you think.
It does look like a SWISCO handle set, so I purchased the 89-030 keeper. The keeper seems to be the right size but waaayyyy too thick. The door does not slide closed all the way.
I think Harvey uses a much thinner striker plate. I attached a VERY poor picture from a YT video.
Any ideas?
Thanks tons!
I'm afraid this photo is too unclear for me to determine what kind of keeper you have. Would it be possible to see an actual photo of your original part? Can you also show me the mortise in question? I can then see if we have anything that might be a match.
