I think they are Peachtree Doors. The picture removed is half of the strip it's ripped. The other is whole but can't remove it without damage. they are 36" doors.
I think the weather strip is 1-1/2 " that slide into a track on bottom of door. I need 3 of them.

See if you could adapt our 58-176 to this door. This sweep wraps around the bottom and then is installed to one side. See what you think.
