String broke on windows

Question

Hi, I can not see anywhere on window who the manufacturer is but see u sell this type of mechanism so wondering if your window. Attached is the part I need to replace on two other larger windows with broken strings. On the metal it appears to be stamped dbho329d. Does this sound familiar to u? Home was built 2003. Where if your window would your logo be? Hoping you can help me. Have two larger windows that I need LH and RH for each. Can u send me a link how to get this part out of the window? Can't get the metal piece out. Thank you

We do not manufacture windows but we do carry replacement channel balances. With that being said, we would need to see your balance fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory. Please include the top and bottom fittings used for installation, as well as any numbers stamped on the metal channel. It also looks like your balance is installed backwards, which may make it a bit tricky to remove them. See the videos related on this page to assist you. Thank you!
