String broken on double hung vinyl windows

Hello,

I have several of this type of tilt-out window that has a string that is broken on the balance assembly. The break has caused the upper sash to drop like a guillotine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That stamp is helpful, but it's not everything we need. Can you remove the balance from the window and send photos of both ends?
