Stripped Window Cranks

Question

I need to replace the crank mechanisms in 8 windows and the parts I ordered are incorrect. The parts from the window are pictured.

It looks like your operator uses the 39-529 track slider. You'd want the 39-253LB and 39-253RB in that case. Please note that the 39-451 and 39-452 cover with handle are sold separately. Take a look and let us know if you have any questions.
