Stripped crank on casement windows

Question

We have Andersen windows, and the  crank just turns without catching when we try to open the windows.  We bought new handles but that didn't work, so we think it's the crank.  How can I figure out what replacement parts may be needed?

We'd be happy to help you find a replacement operator for your window. We'll just need to see a picture of your operator with the window open so that we can see the arm that moves the sash. It would also help to know the length of the arm that moves the sash. Thank you!
