Andersen operator will open the window a crack but then makes a popping sound and hops the gear and will not engage to open any further. I have a video I can share, but it will not let me upload a video. Only numbers I found:
Arm - CW35,4,5,6,SPLT
Crank case cover - 7191A-33

Hello,
We'd be happy to look into this for you but I would need to see the rest of the operator arms that move the sash to compare to our inventory. If you could detach the arm from the bottom of the sash and take a top-down photo with the window fully open, we can go from there. Thank you!
