Stripped handle and guts (?)

Anderson casement window. Handle or guts is stripped. I tried a different handle but same result.

Thanks for posting! If you've attempted to replace the handle, and are still experiencing the same issue, chances are the operator is stripped. That said, you'll likely need to replacement the entire mechanism.

I'm happy to recommend a replacement for the repairs but I'll need to see a photo of the existing hardware to identify it. Unfortunately, the numbers provided to not associate with any hardware in our inventory.

Thanks for the additional photos. I'm certain your operator can be replaced with the 39-332 E-Z Straight Arm Operator but you'll need to be sure to compare the dimensions and design to confirm that this is the right fit. The opposite version is the 39-331.

If the cover, handle, and track are still in good condition, you can reuse them. I've tagged them below for your review in the event you might want to purchase extras.

The 39-362 adapter plate would only be necessary if the window unit was manufactured between 1995 to 1998.
